*Orders will ship within 24-36 hours (EXCLUDING NON BUSINESS DAYS!) of ordering if files are submitted before 11am cst!
*Rush slots cannot be pre-purchased; it must be added to your order at the time of checkout (there will be more slots so I don’t think this will be a problem). This is not for UV DTF OR REGULAR FILM.
*There is a new rush slot being opened, it will be called memorial rush, and can only be purchased for orders for memorials/funerals. This slot will be unlimited because memorials are time sensitive, but if it is abused, we will remove it.
*Rush fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, as usual it’s a flat fee per order larger orders are more likely to be shipped next day!
* Rush can be used for Caboose (Gang it for Me) orders but ONLY for ONE part of the process oer
rush fee. You can have your Caboose order rushed so it’s made quicker OR have the rush fee added to your invoice so that it’s printed quicker. One rush fee does NOT cover both.
