PORCH PICK UP: If your order is not over $80 to qualify for free shipping on your PORCH PICK UP ORDER we will refund the shipping cost ONLY. Please make sure you turn Navidium off before checking out. When you email to let us know you have a rush/pick up also let us know the shipping cost needs refunded! Porch pick up will only be available for Katie's House NOT for the shop. All packages are taken to Katie's at the END of the business day.

*Orders will ship within 24-36 hours of ordering (in most cases that means same day if ordered before 11am cst, but for sure next day if it’s not possible to do same day.

* If normal rush passes are sold out memorial passes may have a delayed TAT please email us prior to ordering if it is super time sensitive.

*Rush slots cannot be pre-purchased; it must be added to your order at the time of checkout (there will be more slots so I don’t think this will be a problem)

*The memorial rush can only be purchased for orders for memorials/funerals. If it is not Memorial/funeral related the rush pass will be voided. This slot will be unlimited because memorials are time sensitive, but if it is abused, we will remove it. You CANNOT mix memorial/funeral items with normal items. The orders must be place separately.

*Rush fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, even if WE void the rush pass due to it being used improperly. As usual it’s a flat fee per order larger orders are more likely to be shipped next day!
