RUSH LISTING and DIGITAL PRODUCTS do not count towards free shipping. If your order has a rush pass but is under $60 you will be invoiced for shipping costs.

*Orders will ship within 24-36 hours (EXCLUDING NON BUSINESS DAYS!) of ordering if files are submitted before 11am cst!
Rush passes are based on your order price BEFORE discount. If your total is $200 but the discount makes it $190 you would need the rush pass for $200-$399
ALL FILES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11 AM CST OR THEY WILL NOT BE PRINTED THAT DAY AND IT WILL BE MOVED TO THE NEXT DAY.
*Rush slots cannot be pre-purchased; it must be added to your order at the time of checkout.
*Rush fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, as usual it’s a flat fee per order larger orders are more likely to be shipped next day!
* Rush can be used for Caboose (Gang it for Me) orders but ONLY for ONE part of the process order rush fee. You can have your Caboose order rushed so it’s made quicker OR have the rush fee added to your invoice so that it’s printed quicker. One rush fee does NOT cover both.
*There is a new rush slot being opened, it will be called memorial rush, and can only be purchased for orders for memorials/funerals. This slot will be unlimited because memorials are time sensitive, but if it is abused, we will remove it.
