RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS will only be given if your order has not been started, otherwise IF a refund is deemed appropriate there will be a restocking fee applied before refunding.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all cancelled orders to cover the fees that Shopify does not refund to us. 
ANY complaints or issues with your order MUST BE brought to our attention via email (PinkRailCreations@gmail.com) within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of your order being delivered. The prints MUST BE returned (customer pays shipping) and then a refund will be processed OR replacements sent depending on the situation.
If there is determined to be an issue with a transfer that has already been pressed on a shirt we will cover the replacement cost of the shirt. This applies to the first shirt pressed with that design, if there are multiple shirts with the same design and an issue arises, stop pressing and contact us. We are not responsible for multiple shirt replacements when the issue was obvious with the first shirt that was pressed. 

ANYTHING PAST 3 BUSINESS DAYS IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
